GENERAL CONDITIONS - Minirep
These are our terms and conditions. These, along with the references they contain apply to any agreement that we Minirep (with the Commercial Register: 04,047,111), you close it. You agree that more recent version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to our agreement.

Article 1 - Items
We sell tools receivers for dent removal without painting and lacquer repairs.

Article 2 - Registration
You must register to buy a product. You must provide this personal information to us. This personal information you must enter truthfully and they must be up to date. We protect your personal information properly; see our Privacy Policy on our website. Use a strong password for your account and enter your password to others. You are responsible for any abuse of your account (for example: an order with us like any other with your password).

Article 3 - Payments
The (total) cost of the products listed in our webshop indicated. You should complete payment within 0 days of the invoice date.
The shipping costs are for your account.

Article 4 - Deliveries
We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You can not change your address if we have shipped the package. DPD takes care of the distribution. When the package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow the order. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we offer them in writing. We guarantee that you look the order 30 days after confirmation of the order will be received. If this unlikely event not, you can ask us to (a) the amount that you have right to refund paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 - Returns
The product must always be within 14 days after you receive it, send it back. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to sales@denttoolseurope.nl. After you have received our confirmation, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. The costs of return are at your expense. During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you should carefully handle the product and packaging. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether to keep the product.

Article 6 - Warranty
We give 5-year warranty on all tools above size 3/16. If the product under normal use and breaks down within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement. The defective product you must send it to us in its original packaging. The shipping costs are for your account.

Article 7 - Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation is in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (including copyright, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, pictures and other materials belong to us (whether we have managed with authorization of the rightholder). Your use must not infringe on here.

Article 9 - Complaints
If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as completely as possible) to sales@denttoolseurope.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and not later than 5 days after we received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation within 3 days of your complaint and let us know when we expect a substantive response. If we can not mutually resolve the complaint, there is a dispute covered by the arbitration.

Article 10 - Dispute
These general conditions and our agreements with you Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in the northern Netherlands jurisdiction.
